Usage Of Grinding Foot Stones

Just use some time and light force to gently rub the areas under the heel, sole, and big toe that are prone to hard calluses in a circular motion. This step should be done once a week, otherwise the skin will see this grinding mechanical action as an external force invasion and instead grow a thicker layer of skin to resist it.
